ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition.

2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned counsel for the petitioner is also directed to send an e-mail to this effect to the Registry, which shall be kept it in the bundle. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

Srn 09/04/2021 This Writ Petition having been listed under the Caption "For Being Spoken to" on Thursday, the Seventeenth day of February Two Thousand and Twenty Two in pursuance of the earlier order dated 09/04/2021 made herein and in the presence of Mr.R.Subramanian, Advocate for the Petitioner and Mr.M.J.Jaseem Mohammed, Advocate for the Respondent, this Court made the following order;

"At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition has been listed today under the caption "For Being Spoken to".

2. When the order was passed on 09.04.2021, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner represented that the matter may be dismissed as withdrawn and was directed to send an e-mail to the Registry to that effect. However, the Registry did not receive the e-mail and when enquired the same with the counsel, it was stated that they have only reported no instructions, and hence he could not send the e-mail as required. 3.The learned counsel also states that the letters sent to the last known residence of the petitioner, has been returned as left and they are also unable to trace the petitioner. Hence, as the counsel has reported no instructions and there is no point in sending a fresh notice through court to the petitioner, the writ petition is closed.
