Crl.M.P.No.12336 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.16537 of 2023 P. DHANABAL, J.

The petition has been filed to relax the condition as modified in Crl.M.P.No.392 of 2024 dated 22.01.2024 and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned II Additional Special Judge, NDPS Act, Chennai in C.C.No.197/2021 once in a month, i.e., on 1st working day of every month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly; that no previous case is pending against the petitioner; and that the investigation is also completed.

Considering that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, and also considering that the investigation is also completed, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
