ORDER

By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner requires that he be paid compensation for drawing High Tension Electric Lines over his property and has also preferred a representation dated 08.07.2023 and seeks a direction that it would be issued.

3.Mr.V.Manoharan, the learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the 1st respondent. Mr.S.Kalaiselvan, the learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent.

4.This Court now directs the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's claim within a period of twelve (12) weeks.
