ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 80, 81 and 87 of the Juvenile Justice Act 2015 in Crime No.893 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the male child was given to adoption without approval of Government authority and receiving money a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- from adoption parents by the biological parent that mother of child through broker, hence adoption parents were alleged in involved the case offence and this petitioner concern she helped to adoption. She is friend of the accused and illegal adoption procedure does not known to the petitioner and her never help to adopt the child. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation is not yet been completed. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the petitioner selling the child for the alleged brokers, it needs detailed investigation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
