This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the Court below to dispose of the unnumbered Cr.M.P.No...... of 2022.

2. Heard Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned counsel for petitioner and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen from records that the private complaint has been preferred before the Court below as early as in the year 2022. The complaint has been returned on many occasions pointing out various defects. Every time, the defect was rectified and represented, the complaint was returned. This process cannot continue for ever.

4. The Court below is directed to take the complaint on file and if the Court below finds that it is not maintainable, appropriate order shall be 2/4

passed so that the petitioner can work out his remedy in the manner known to law. However, if the Court below finds that the complaint can be entertained, the process of entertaining the complaint shall be completed within a period of six (6) weeks from today.
