O R D E R
This petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.817 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent.
2. Heard Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned counsel appearing for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for State/first respondent.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and a draft final report has already been made ready and the same will be filed before the concerned Court within a time stipulated by this Court.
4. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the FIR at this stage. The first respondent shall proceed to file the final report before the concerned Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

If the Court below acts upon the final report and issue summon to the petitioner and the petitioner aggrieved by the same, it is left open to the petitioner to workout her remedy in accordance with law. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
