This petition has been filed to modify the Order of this Court dated 09.09.2022 made in W.P.24509 of 2022 to the effect that the petitioner/ 8th respondent may be given an opportunity of personal hearing before passing Orders on the representation given by the petitioner by the District Collector, Villpuram.

2. Having regard to the avements in the affidavit filed along with this petition and considering the limited prayer sought by the petitioner, the District Collector, Villupuram District is directed to given an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner/8th respondent while passing an Order on the representation given by the petitioner.
