The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.19364 of 2023 dated 18.12.2023 with a condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, once in a month till the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, on all court hearing dates before the Trial Court.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offence involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
