CMP Nos.19806 & 19811 of 2023 in CMA SR Nos.61926 & 62017 of 2023 N.ANAND VENKATESH.,J Ms.E.Sukumari, learned counsel, takes notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent and undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of the 2nd respondent.

2.These Civil Miscellaneous petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 298 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the Appellants and perused the records.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these miscellaneous petitions are allowed and the delay of 298 days is condoned. 5.Registry is directed to number the main Civil miscellaneous appeals and list the same for admission. Registry is directed to print the name of Ms.E.Sukumari, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent, at the time of admission. 6.It is made clear that for the period of delay of 298 days, the appellants will not be entitled for any interest if in the event of this Court enhancing the amount of compensation fixed by the Tribunal.
