When it was represented by the learned counsel for the respondent before the Central Administrative Tribunal, that the issue involved in the present writ petition is already covered under orders passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai Bench, in O.A.No.1273 of 2016 dated 17.06.2019 and the respondents therein / the petitioners herein had reported that they have no objection in considering the case of the applicant in the light of the order passed in O.A.No.1273 of 2016, it

would not be open to the petitioners herein to challenge the said order which was passed with their consent.

2.At this juncture, it is now brought to our notice that the order in O.A.No.1273 of 2016 which is relied upon by the Tribunal in the impugned order was challenged by the petitioners herein and the same was dismissed vide orders passed in W.P.No.1100 and 1106 of 2020 dated 14.06.2024.
