This original petition has been disposed of vide order dated 29.04.2016 on the basis of the agreement entered between the parties in the Mediation and Clause 3 of the agreement reads as follows: " 3. The visitation by the father would be over the weekends in such manner that he picks up the child on Saturday afternoon and drops on Sunday afternoon, not later than 4.00 p.m."

2. Now it is the contention of the learned counsel for the respondent that in the present situation, the child shall not be allowed to be taken out of the jurisdiction of Vellore. The respondent can come to Vellore and keep the custody of the child as agreed in the earlier order. Due to pandemic situation, the Child should not be allowed to move outside the jurisdiction of Vellore.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that the respondent can visit the child in Vellore and keep the custody of the child in Vellore itself as agreed in the earlier order. It is also agreed by both sides.

4. Learned counsel for the respondent/mother submitted that separate phone is provided to the minor child with specific number and the number will be disclosed to the father of the child through the learned counsel for the petitioner and the father can interact with the minor child through Skype. The mother shall facilitate the child to interact with his father whenever the child wants to interact.
