O R D E R

This petition has been filed for modification of the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore in Crl.M.P.No.5855 of 2023 dated 22.08.2023 to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- as non-refundable deposit to the credit of the District Legal Service Authority, Cuddalore.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not able to oblige the condition to deposit Rs.25,000 as non-refundable deposit to the credit of the District Legal Service Authority, Cuddalore. Thus, he wants to modify the condition.

3. This Court, on going through the order of bail granted to the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5855 of 2023 dated 22.08.2023 found that there are 20 previous cases pending against the petitioner.

4. In the said circumstances, this Court is of the view that the condition imposed against the petitioner is just and appropriate. Thus, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition. 2/4
