This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25069 of 2021 on 23.12.2021 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Thiruvallur on the 1st working day of every month for a period of two months and thereafter on all the dates fixed by the learned Magistrate.
