2. Mr.M.Karthikeyan, learned SPC appeared on behalf of the respondent and submitted that he had no serious objection in allowing the present petition.

Considering the averments made in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objections in allowing the present petition, the Petition is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.
