This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.01.2017 submitted before the first respondent's office. 2.

It is seen from the representation dated 18.01.2017, the petitioner requested the first respondent to take action as against the second respondent. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so adviced.
