ORDER

This civil revision petition is filed to set aside the order and decretal order dated 29.11.2021 made in M.P.S.R. No.41334 of 2021 in R.C.O.P. No.141 of 2017 on the file of the XVI Small Causes Court at Chennai dated 29.11.2021. Page No.1/4

2. A joint memo is filed in this case, which reads as follows: "It is submitted that the petitioner/tenant has filed the above revision against the order passed in M.P. No.1/2011 in RCOP No.141/2017 on the file of XVI Small Causes Court at Chennai. In the meantime, the petitioner and respondent agreed to settle the issue amicably. The petitioner on receipt of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) agreed to vacate the tenanted premises. The respondent today paid a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) in cash and petitioner received the same and handed over vacant possession of the tenanted premises to the respondent."

3. The Memo is recorded. There is nothing that survives for adjudication in the civil revision petition. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
