The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.10.2025, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 8© r/w 20(b) (ii)(C), 29(1) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.760 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This petition was filed before this Court prior to the examination of PW.1 in the Trial Court. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner, relying on the very same evidence of PW.1, has filed this petition before this Court. Since the earlier bail application was considered by the Trial Court prior to the examination of PW.1, and it is now stated that there is a change in circumstances, the petitioner ought to have filed the appropriate petition before the Trial Court. Hence, the petitioner is directed to file an appropriate petition before the Trial Court in the manner known to law.
