This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 7 (b) of the order dated 26.06.2023, in Crl.O.P.No.14257 of 2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, petitioner is complying the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
