This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 17.04.2023 and to pass orders within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.

Heard Mr.K.Anbuselvan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Prabakaran, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 3. 3.

In the instant case, the petitioner had retired from service in the year 2004.All of a sudden, the petitioner makes a representation after 20 years in the year 2024 and is seeking for some relief. The relief that has been sought for by the petitioner is hit by latches. This writ petition cannot be entertained on that 2/4
