ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to quash the case in C.C.No.813 of 2023 on the file of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Pallavaram.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. A reading of the complaint, charge sheet and also the statements recorded from the witnesses shows that there are specific allegations against the petitioners. Under these circumstances, this Court does not find any ground to quash the case.

4. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.

5. The personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with, however the petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court as and when the presence of the petitioners is required by the trial Court 2/4
