ORDER

The petitioner who was arrested and remanded into judicial custody on 05.05.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections332(a) and 103 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding to Section 449 and 302 of IPC) in Crime No.137 of 2022 on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that Sessions case No.234 of 2022 for trial. No witness has been examined. Totally, 24 witnesses are to be examined in this case. The petitioner herein, who was secured on execution of NBW is before this Court seeking bail. 3.Considering the conduct of the petitioner and the inordinate delay in completing the trial due to non-co-operation of the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
