3 Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to allow this application subject to production of certified copy of the Ex.P-3.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and in view of the above submission, this application is allowed subject to the production of the certified copy and permits the applicants to obtain the original family arrangement marked as Ex.P-3 in the above suit.
