Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the authorities to take immediate steps to remove the encroachments made in the reserved areas in a layout and also to erect board containing the measurement details of the space reserved for park and for other purposes in a layout which would be easily identifiable by the public and to deter from purchase of the reserved area belonging to the local bodies and will protect the innocent buyers and will also be a warning sign for the encroachers.

ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The writ petition filed is absolutely vague and without any details. The writ petition is bereft of any details, as to which are those open spaces and who has encroached upon them. The alleged encroachers are also not parties to the writ petition.

2. Six years have lapsed. As the writ petition is bereft of details, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition.

3. According to the petitioner, he has given a representation to

the Authorities. The petitioner may prosecute the representation with the Authorities concerned, as may be permissible under law.

4. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
