ORDER

This Review Application has been filed to review the Judgment and Decree dated 13.02.2020 made in S.A.No.1496 of 2005 and restore the Judgments and Decrees of the Courts below.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Though the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners raised several grounds on merits, all the grounds raised by the petitioners are essentially an attempt to challenge the order passed by this Court. This Court finds no apparent error on the face of records, and as such, the petitioners have failed to present valid grounds for reviewing the order passed by this Court. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court finds no merit in this Review Application to review the Judgment and Decree dated 13.02.2020 passed by this Court in S.A.No.1496 of 2005.

4. Accordingly, the Review Application stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to cost.
