ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to take action on the complaint dated 10.08.2017 and grant police protection to the petitioner to complete the construction of boundary wall in petitioner's property situate at Plot No.153 in Metro City Phase, Ayanambakkam, Chennai-600 095, comprised in Survey No.211/2AIC.
2. The petitioner's complaint dated 10.08.2017 seeking police protection has been enquired by the first respondent and closed on 22.08.2017. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered now.
3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
