This application has been filed for interim injunction restraining the respondents and their men from infringing the registered trademark of the applicant or any other similar name, pending disposal of the suit.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that they have changed the name of the hotel and he shall file an affidavit in this regard.

3. In view of the same, the interim injunction already granted by this Court on 13.09.2019 is made absolute.

4. Post the suit on 22.10.2019.
