This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner should report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.13108 of 2023 dated 19.06.2023 in Crime No.498 of 2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a month i.e., 1st of every month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
