2. Heard.

3. This Court, under order dated 13.09.2019, while condoning the delay of 484 days in representing the appeal, has directed the petitioners to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- to the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund. The present petition is only a consecutive petition.

Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the application, the petition is allowed and the delay of 496 days in paying the deficit Court Fee of Rs.4,200/- is condoned.
