O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for having violated the order passed in WP No.26304 of 2017 dated 17.04.2024.

2.The above said Writ Petition was allowed with a direction to the respondents to select and appoint the petitioner to the post of P.G.Assistant(Physics).

3.During the course of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has placed a copy of the proceedings dated 08.01.2025 and would submit that the petitioner was appointed as P.G.Assistant(Physics) and posted at Government Higher Secondary School, Kovilangulam, Ramanathapuram District. The learned counsel further submits that seven days time is granted to her to join in the said post and accordingly, he submits that the order of the Court has been complied with and sought to close this Contempt petition.

4.In view of the above factual position, no further adjudication is required in this Contempt Petition.
