ORDER

This petition has been filed to grant extension of time to comply with the condition imposed on the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- as per the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8052 of 2025 dated 25.04.2025. 1/4

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is unable to comply with the condition of deposit of Rs.15,00,000/- within the stipulated period, however the petitioner to show his bonafide, the petitioner has taken a Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-, which has to be deposited to the credit of Crime No.159 of 2021 and also seeks one month time to pay the balance sum of Rs.10,00,000/-. 3.

Considering the previous conduct of the petitioner and his bonafide of tendering a Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of Crime account, this Court is inclined to extend the time on condition that, the petitioner shall deposit the sum of Rs.5,00,000/- by the Demand Draft tendered today to the credit of Crime No.159 of 2025 on or before 25.08.2025 and the balance amount of Rs.10,00,000/- shall be deposited on or before 22.09.2025, failing which the bail granted to the petitioner shall be revoked automatically without reference to this Court. 4.

Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petitioner is ordered. 22.08.2025 stn 2/4
