This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to issue necessary permit for the petitioner's two buses as contract carriage Omni Bus to run in Tamil Nadu by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.11.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 27.11.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
