Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that there is no petition or enquiry is pending as against the petitioners herein.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Inspector of Police attached to the concerned Jurisdiction is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner.

3. Since it is reported that there is no case is pending against the petitioner, the respondent shall not unnecessarily harass the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is closed.
