O R D E R

By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondent to survey his property comprised in Survey Nos.413/2A1B and 425/2A1B sitauted in Marungur Village, Panruti Taluk, Cuddalore District, by considering his online application dated 08.04.2024.

According to the petitioner, the subject property was allotted to him under a registered Partition Deed dated 13.08.2020 and he submitted an online application before the respondents seeking survey of the above mentioned property and he also paid necessary charges for survey in Challan No.2024/0123/18/001912. The said application has not been considered by the respondents till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

Mr.learned Additional Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit the online application of the petitioner dated 08.04.2024 in Challan No.2024/0123/18/001912 will be considered by the 2nd respondent on its own merits and in accordance with law, within the time fixed by this Court.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 08.04.2024 for survey of his property in Survey Nos.413/2A1B and 425/2A1B and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after issuing necessary notice to the petitioner and all the persons interested, within a 3/6

period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
