The above Revision is filed to modify the Fair and Decreetal order dated 06.10.2021 passed in I.A.No.166 of 2021 in OS.No.10 of 2019 on the file of the Additional District Judge, Tiruvannamalai.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side.

3. There appears to be a mistake in the order in as much as the order does not specify the Revenue Divisional Officer to whom the document has to be sent for ascertaining the stamp duty.

4. Mr.V.Ramesh, learned Government Advocate would represent that the appropriate authority is the 11th respondent in I.A.No.166 of 2021, namely, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruvannamalai.

5. The petitioner is directed to take out an application under Section 152 of CPC before the learned Additional District Judge, Tiruvannamalai for correcting the omission since it is only a clerical mistake.

6. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
