ORDER
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the respondent and consequently, to quash the impugned order dated 18.06.2025 from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs bearing No.CL-II-17/47/2024 - O/o DGCOA-MCA issued by the 1st respondent.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the present impugned order is passed pursuant to the order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court, dated 20.11.2015 made in Comp.A.No.1154 of 2015 in C.P.No.372 of 2013. However, the orders passed in the applications of the said CP were challenged before this Court in O.S.A.Nos.56 & 59 of 2025 and the same was dismissed on 31.07.2025, Page No.2 of 4
against which, SLP was preferred by the petitioner. However, on instructions, he submitted that this Court may grant liberty to the petitioner to file a clarification petition before the Division Bench of this Court.
3. In view of the limited request sought for by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without interfering with the impugned order, grants liberty to the petitioner to workout the remedy in the manner known to law.
4. This Writ Petition is dismissed with the above liberty. No costs.
