This Original Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of earlier proceedings of this Court dated 18.11.2019, which reads as follows:
'This application is taken out by the applicant M/s.Electronica Finance Limited, seeking an order of injunction restraining the respondents 2 and 3 from alienating the Judges Summons Schedule, which are shares held by the respondents under the defendant companies. After hearing the learned counsel for sometime, the learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3, without prejudice to
/ 3 / the rights of the respondents 2 and 3, gives an undertaking that the respondents 2 and 3 will not alienate the schedule mentioned equity shares held by them. The undertaking is recorded.
Post the matter on 02.12.2019.'

Today, Mr.B.Anand Johnson, learned counsel representing the counsel on record for sole applicant and Mr.Tha Sirish Chowdhary for all the eight respondents, who are before this Court, on instructions, submit that the aforesaid proceedings dated 18.11.2019 may please be recorded and the main application i.e., O.A.No.826 of 2019 itself may please be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid proceedings and recording the undertaking thereunder. In the light of this submission, O.A.No.826 of 2019 is disposed of in terms of aforesaid proceedings dated 18.11.2019 and recording the undertaking therein. Sd/.M.S.J.
