ORDER
This petition has been filed to withdraw and transfer investigation in Crime No.410 of 2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent, Veerapandi Police Station, Tiruppur District to any other investigation agency.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police has not filed the final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the 2nd respondent police has already completed the investigation and further action has been dropped on 13.09.2017 itself, in Crime No.410 of 2017.

4.It is seen from the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the respondent police has completed the investigation on 13.09.2017 itself. However, they have not filed the final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court. Therefore, the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous and the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However the 2nd respondent police is directed to file the final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous, with the above directions. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
