Appeal against the Judgment and Decree dated 23.02.2017 and made in CMA.No.8 of 2011 on the file of the Principal District Court, Thiruvallur, confirming the judgment and decree dated 18.01.2010 made in H.M.O.P.No.41 of 2005 on the file of the Sub Court, Thiruvallur.

DECREE:- This Appeal coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the order of the Lower Court, and the material papers in this case and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.Singaravelu, Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.R.Selvakumar, Advocate for the Respondent, this Court doth order and decree as follows:- 1.

That the judgment and decree dated 23.02.2017 made in CMA.No.8 of 2011 passed by the Principal District Court, Thiruvallur confirming the judgment and decree dated 18.01.2010 made in H.M.O.P.No.41 of 2005 passed by the Sub Court, Thiruvallur be and hereby are confirmed and this Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is dismissed;

That there be no costs in this Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal.
