ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 19.01.2022, passed by this Court in W.P.No.511 of 2022, thereby directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.10.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any, by giving them an opportunity of

hearing and shall pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent considered the representation of the petitioner and passed order by the proceedings dated 12.08.2025. He also produced a copy of the proceeding dated 12.08.2025 passed by the first respondent before this Court. 3.

Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
