This Contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non-compliance of this Court order passed in Crl.OP No.8703 of 2016 dated 11.07.2019.

Mrs.Saradha Devi, learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the jewels has been recovered from M/s.Muthoot Finance Limited on 09.01.2020 and it has been sent to the Magistrate Court under Form 91 of 20.01.2020. The concerned Form 91 was also submitted before this Court. 3.
