As seen from the letter dated 17.09.2025, the second respondent has sent a proposal to the Tamil Nadu Housing Board recommending to issue no objection certificate to the petitioner, in view of the orders passed by this Court and it is further stated that they have not received any communication from the Tamil Nadu Housing Board.
