This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.1802 of 2018 dated 07.12.2021.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the order passed by this Court dated 07.12.2021 has been duly complied with by the respondent and he had also furnished the proof with regard to the same.
