ORDER
These petitions have been filed to modify a condition No.5(i) order imposed in Crl.MP.No.11550/2025 in Crl.RC.No.841/2025 order dated 20.06.2025 and extend the time to deposit the cheque amount.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already deposited a sum of Rs.1 lakh and the petitioner is having valid defence to prove his case. Hence, he prays to modify the conditions.
3. This Court is inclined to modify the conditions imposed in Crl.MP No. 11550 of 2025 in Crl. RC. No. 841 of 2025 dated 20.06.2025 and the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2 lakhs to the credit of STC No. 10409 of 2022 on the file of the Metropolitan magistrate, FTC-II, Egmore @ Allikulam Chennai and three weeks time is granted to the petitioner to deposit the said amount.
