in all WPs COMMON ORDER The respective petitioners applied for their ward/grand daughter's educational loan with the 1st respondent as the respective ward/grand daughter's are undergoing courses with the respective 2nd respondent College. Even though the respective petitioners approached the respective 1st respondent for educational loan, they were not given even the loan application forms which compelled the respective petitioners to come before this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.P.D.Audikesavalu, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent
handed over the educational loan application to the learned counsel for the petitioners.
3. In view of the above, the relief sought for by the respective petitioners have been complied with. However, the writ petitions are kept pending with the following direction.
(a) the respective petitioners shall present the educational loan applications to the 1st respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
(b) On such receipt, the 1st respondent is directed to process the application for grant of educational loan to the respective petitioners and take a decision within a period of two (2) weeks thereafter.
4. If the above order passed by this Court is not complied with by the respective 1st respondent, the respective 1st respondent shall appear before this Court on that day.
