This application is filed for recovery of properties situated outside the limitation of the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

2.The suit is filed for partition and some of the properties are situated in the territorial jurisdiction of the Court as far as the other properties are concerned, they situate outside the territorial jurisdiction, necessarily the suit is for partition and this Court cannot decide the same. Therefore this petition cannot be entertained.

3.This petition stands dismissed accordingly.
