ORDER

The petitioners have been granted bail for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2) of BNS, 2023 and 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.218 of 2024. Thus, the petitioners seek relaxation for the condition imposed in para 5(b) "the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks, and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" in Crl.O.P.No.29573 of 2024 dated 26.11.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly. The investigation was completed and the final report has been filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in para 5(b) in Crl.O.P.No.29573 of 2024 dated 26.11.2024, "the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks, and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" is relaxed. The other conditions 2/4

shall remain unaltered.
