ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 376(2) (n), 506(ii) IPC r/w 5(I), 5(n), 6, of POCSO Act in Crime No.462 of 20201 on the file of the respondent seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is the wife of the A1. Petitioner and the defacto complainant are neighbours. It is alleged that A1 aged about 30 years had illegal intimacy with the victim girl and further petitioner's husband sexually harassed the victim girl in which she supported her husband. It is further alleged that the petitioner had taken photograph of the victim girl and threatened her that he will upload it in the social media. Hence, the complainant. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner did not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he seeks for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that statement u/s 164 Cr.P.C. has been recorded from the victim girl and further the petitioner had taken photograph of the victim girl and threatened her that he will upload it in the social media and the petitioner supported her husband. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6.In view of the said statement of the victim, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
