This petition is filed to accept the cause title showing the second petitioner herein as the second appellant / LR of deceased Muthusamy in the above appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.112187 of 2023.

2.Since respondents 1 and 2 remained ex parte before the Tribunal, notice to the respondents 1 and 2 is dispensed with.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4.The Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.112187 of 2023, if the papers are otherwise in order.
