This Criminal Revision has been filed against the impugned order passed in Crl.M.P.No.19530 of 2021 in Crl.M.P.No.5693 of 2020 dated 23.10.2021 by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed an application to implead the petitioner as one of the party in Crl.M.P.No.5693 of 2020 and that petition was dismissed on the ground that the petitioner is not necessary party. Hence, filed a petition.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that Crl.M.P.No.5693

of 2020 has been allowed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate on 21.12.2022. Hence, this petition has become infructuous.

4. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the parties, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
