O R D E R

This is a petition seeking direction to dispose of the Crl.M.P.No. 2957 of 2015 in C.C.No.9 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Special Judge (VIII Additional Judge CBI), Chennai.

2. A3 as petitioner has filed an application seeking discharge of the charges framed against him in Crl.M.P.No.2957 of 2015 and orders were to be pronounced on 05.11.2015.

2. In the meantime, A1 and A2 seems to have filed an application seeking discharge. That application has been heard and orders were expected to be pronounced on 04.2.2016.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that no orders have been pronounced by the learned Special Judge so far. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In such circumstances, the petitioner/A3 seeks for a direction to the Principal Special Judge (VIII Additional Judge CBI), Chennai to dispose of the Crl.M.P.No.2957 of 2015 alone in a limited time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. In view of the above, the learned Principal Special Judge (VIII Additional Judge CBI), Chennai is directed to dispose of the Crl.M.P.No.2957 of 2015 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
